Making a reservation

Do I need to pay a deposit for the reservation?
No, you don't have to pay anything before check-in.
My child is only 5 years old. Will I be charged for his stay?
Children under 10 will not be charged as long as they do not need beds, and anyone over 11 will be charged normal rate. Exception:3 adults and one baby stay in 4bed private room→Baby will be charged. 4 adults and one baby stay in 4bed private room→Baby won't be charged.
Can I get a non-smoking room?
All of our rooms are non-smoking:
How far in advance are bookings accepted?
We accept them 4 months in advance. However, group bookings (more than 10 people) are accepted anytime.
Do you have age limit?
NO. The oldest guest we've had so far is about 84 years! (I guess) Everyone from everywhere are welcomed:)

About our facilities

Can I leave my luggage with you before check-in? After check-out?
Yes. We will store your luggage in a storage room before check-in and after check-out.
Is there any locker in your hostel?
Yes. There are small lockers in each room, but we require you to bring your own padlock.
Do you provide linen and towels?
Yes, linen are included. We rent towels for 100yen, and you can keep it until you leave.
Do you have rooms with private bathrooms?
No, we don't. Each floor has shared bathrooms and they are always clean.
Can I do my laundry?
Yes. There is a laundry room on the 1st floor with washers and driers
Can I use my laptop?
Yes. WiFi in lobby is available for free.
How big is your storage space?
It's about 10 foot x 3.5 foot.

Do you have a pick-up service?
Yes, pick-up service to/from Narita Airport for 10 or more people is available for 3,150 yen per person + 1,000 yen parking fee for the whole bus. For individual travelers, we recommend public transport which is also quite convenient.
Do you have a curfew?
No. We are open 24 hours, so don't worry about it;)
Until what time should I check-in?
You can check in anytime but if you arrive at Sakura Hostel after 9pm, you need to contact us by phone or by e-mail.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept both cash and credit cards but we don't accept debit cards.
Do I need to bring my YHA card?
No you don't. We are not a member of YHA.
Can I have breakfast at your hostel?
Yes, you can have breakfast from 5am to 11pm for 325yen. Of course you can use our common kitchen anytime.
