I'm Ayumi Nukui.
I joined our monthly International cooking event called
YOMODA means lovable prank in the dialect of Ehime.
We had a party with guests who love cooking.
I love cooking and eating, so I was excited to join :D
this took placed at our shared kitchen in Sakura Hotel Ikebukuro.
today's guest chef is...
He baked a Green Apple tart.
The timing was excellent because we just finished eating the main dishes the other guests had cooked
The dessert was sweet and juicy!
He cooked BLACK BEANS( DAL) CURRY.
His fashion style ( wearing salon on suit ) was really cool.
and from Egypt
actually his our staff Sakura Hotel Hatagaya
He cooked Egyptian Fried Spring Roll.
The ingredients are potato, tuna, olive and various spices..
Here are all the dishes that were made at the Yomoda Kai!
Finally I tasted the vegetable dip from TOHOKU BOKUJYO.
all vegetables are really fresh and taste deep!
This party takes place every month.
