Access from Narita Airport / Haneda Airpost & Tokyo Station

Sakura Hostel is located in Asakusa, at the center of shitamachi (historical / nostalgic area of Tokyo). Not to mention the convenience to explore historical spots like Senso-ji temple or Kaminari-mon on foot, subway Ginza line(銀座線) and Asakusa line(浅草線)and newly opened Tsukuba Express line(つくばエキスプレス) are available from Asakusa station, and most tourist attractions in Tokyo are easy-accessible.

From Narita International Airport

Both in terms of time and cost, the best way to reach Asakusa is to catch an "Keisei Narita Sky Access Line(1240 yen) or Keisei Main Line(1060 yen)".

* Please don’t take Keisei Skyliner or JR Narita Express.

There are two routes ("Keisei Narita Sky Access Line" or "Keisei Main Line") on Keisei Line.
When you purchase a ticket, please ask station staff for which line you have to take and timetable.

From Narita Airport to Asakusa, the fare is 1240 yen(Sky Access Line) or 1060 yen(Keisei Main Line).

The train from Haneda International Airport to Asakusa is Keikyu Line. (Keikyu Line will connect to Toei Asakusa Line). There are many direct trains from Haneda Airport to Asakusa (approximately 6 direct trains per hour)

From Asakusa Station(s) to Sakura Hostel

There are five stations in Asakusa, but it is "Asakusa line Asakusa station" (浅草線浅草駅) when you access to / from Narita International airport. If you arrive in Tokyo station from other cities in Japan, then "Tsukuba Express Asakusa station"(つくばエキスプレス浅草駅) will be the most convenient.

Enjoy stretching your legs after the long flight, take a look at the shops along Nakamise-dori, and enjoy the beauty of Sensoji along the walk to the hostel. If you get lost, feel free to ask a nearby Japanese person for help – the people in Asakusa are known for their friendliness.

Welcome to Japan! In order to help you get out to our hostel we've included this picture guide. Unlike the west, in Japan most streets don't have any name, so direction must usually be given in relation to buildings, landmarks, etc.
The route might seem a bit confusing at first but it's the fastest and easiest way to reach us.

Directions from Asakusa Line Asakusa Station - takes about 11 minutes.

Take exit A4 and turn right

You will see a large red wooden gate on the other side of the street. Cross the street and go through the gate.

You will get to a market street with souvenir shops on both sides. Walk straight down the market street

When you hit the Sensoji temple, turn left and find an amusement park.
