No, you don't have to pay anything before check-in. |

Children under 3 will not be charged, and anyone over 4 will be charged normal rate.
Exception:3 adults and one baby stay in 4bed private room→Baby will be charged.

How far in advance are bookings accepted? |

We accept them 4 months in advance.
However, group bookings (more than 10 people) are accepted anytime. |

Yes. There are small lockers in each room, but we require you to bring your own padlock. |

Yes, linen are included.
We rent towels for 100yen, and you can keep it until you leave. |

Yes, pick-up service to/from Narita Airport for 6 or more people is available for 2,700 yen per person. For individual travelers, we recommend public transport which is also quite convenient. |

No. We are open 24 hours, so don't worry about it;) |

Until what time should I check-in? |

You can check in anytime but if you arrive at Sakura Hostel after 9pm, you need to contact us by phone or by e-mail. |

Yes. We accept both cash and credit cards but we don't accept debit cards. |

Can I have breakfast at your hostel? |

Yes, you can have breakfast from 5am to 11pm for 315yen.
Of course you can use our common kitchen anytime. |
