Last weekend I joined one day cooking lesson with my husband.
I found this lesson from this matching service called "TADAKU"
They introduce so many teacher from foreign country.
So we can learn not only cooking, but also culture.
We cook 4 kinds of GYOUZA(chinese dumpling), dry tofu salad, Gyoza's appetizer and sesame sweet ball.
This is chinese chili oil, she always eat with this.
Useualy we buy gyoza's skin from supermarket when we cook gyoza, but this time we make it by ourselves.
It was fun!
It took 3hour's to cook all of cuisine, but it was super yummy!
Next lesson is Indian Chicken buttercurry .
This is one of my favorite food, so I can't wait :D
