Yesterday we had the free walking tour for our lovely guests!
The tour name is "Plum Festival Visiting & Japanese Down Town Free Walking Tour".
Today I'd like to write about the fun tour.
We visited Kameido Shrine where is famous for flower of plum.
To know more about Kameido Shrine, please read my another article of the blog from here!
The flowers of plum in Kameido Shrine was almost full-bloomed :)
They were so beautiful. I'll show you some here!
Praying & Greeting at the altar...
Group photo in front of the tree of beautiful flower of plum :)
We really enjoyed walking around the shrine and watching flower of plum.
Then we walked to Sumida Ward where is famous for Tokyo Sky Tree & Tokyo Solamachi.
On the way to Tokyo Sky Tree, we passed through one bridge where we can take a nice picture with Tokyo Sky Tree!
It was a bit cloudy yesterday, but we could see the whole tower!
After 20 minute walk from the shrine, we arrived Tokyo Sky Tree town & Tokyo Solamachi :)
Here it is!!
Tokyo Sky Tree is sooooo tall >u<!
Everybody looked up the tower like that. eheh
We visited Tokyo Solamachi Shopping Building in the tour.
This is not only for shopping but there are aquarium, planetarium, and some other entertaiments!
We had a look at 5th floor (Japanese Experience Zone) & 4th floor (Japanese Souvenirs Zone).
On 5th floor, we took a picture with this fluffy white character! lol
Thank you very much for taking pic with us, ZAQ chan :9
And then in the area where we can learn & experience Sumida Ward's history and culture,
we transformed into the ingridients of Japanese hot pot (Nabe)! That was so funny moment >U<
If you come to Tokyo Solamachi, don't forget to visit this zone :)
The tour finished after having a look at 4th floor's Japanese Souvenirs Zone.
Thank you very much for joining our tour!
And we appreciate Taka coming together as a volunteer guide :)!
