We call the beginning of Spring " Rissyun"in Japan.
At Hachiju Hachiya, this is the highest season for picking green tea leaves.
We enjoy picking them, their fresh flavor and taste.
These leaves are delivered as Shincha(the first tea of the season) to many districts in Japan.
