there was the regulations that any building must not be higher than Edo castle.
Therefore,
this huge tower is not supposed to exist in that period.
Utagawa Kuniyoshi played an active part in the same period as Katsushika Hokusai and Utagawa Hiroshige,
and he was known as the painter with fantastic idea.
From March 7th till 26th,
Utagawa Kuniyoshi Exhibition is held in Kawasaki Isogo no Sato Musium.
