Do you know what it is?
It's not just an apple, but it's the one which is specialized in the prayer for school success.
Because it's an "Apple which didn't drop" in spite of the rain storm and typhoon,
this apple is considered as the lucky charm.
The history of this apple is as below.
Typhoon No.19 attacked Aomori Prefecture on September 28th in 1991.
A severe unprecedented wind blew, and it caused a great deal of damage to many buildings.
Many apples, which were supposed to be harvested, got ruined.
There were only a few apples that endured strong wind of 53.9m in velocity of the wind.
As the lucky apples, they became famous all over Japan.
Japan often suffers damage from the typhoon.
As a result, the lucky apples come out every year.
some local communities present these apples for the students who take the entrance exam.
As their prayers seem to be heard, they are very pleased with this present.
It's a unique present, isn't it?
If you are given this "Apple which didn't drop", are you going to eat it?
