The bus terminal is located on the ground level of MY Shinjuku No. 2 Building of Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company, near the West Exit of Shinjuku Station and in front of Yodobashi Camera Shinjuku West shop.
The bus terminal serves mainly Keio Group bus routes, such as Chūō Kōsoku Bus, including those operated jointly with other companies. The terminal has the bus stop number 50 among other bus stops around the railway station. The bus terminal has a platform with three numbered boarding positions. Due to its limited capacity, bus stop Nos. 26, 27 and 28 located out of the terminal support the terminal.
