German Potato dish "Bratkartoffeln"

In Japan, when we think of German food, German sausages are famous, as well as German potatoes.

However, we found out that they eat a potato dish called "Bratkartoffeln" instead of "German potaoes".

One of the local TV stations intrigued with this information when they interviewed a German person, Mr. Wilhelm Kabuswe, who is staying in our hostel.

He made the "Bratkartoffeln" in our hostel kitchen.

Hmm... looks almost the same as the German potatos that we know.

Maybe in Japan we call it "German potatoes" instad of "Bratkartoffeln".

Either way I like it very much. Let's have a beer with it! Kampa?i (cheers)!
