Happi de Happy!
The 'Sanja Matsuri,' the one of the biggest festivals of mikoshi (portable shrines)
is coming up next weekend (May 14-16) at Asakusa!
On the festival, people wear a Japanese traditional clothes, ''Happi.''
During the Edo period, fire fighters, carpenters and plasterers wore happis as a working uniform.
Today we usually put them on festivals. Men and women of all of ages can wear a happi.
This is our original happi.

They look more handsome with the happi, right?
Come here and take your photo with our cool happi and feel the Japanese Matsuri spirit!
