New Tokyo tower.
Have you heard about a new tower?
Now we have Tokyo tower in Minato-ku.
It is 49years old and very famous as a symbol of Tokyo.

And now, new Tokyo tower is under construction and will be completed in 2011.
The hight will be about 610meters, 277meters taller than the old one.
The locaion is very close from Sakura hostel and you may see it from Asakusa station;)
The construction will start next year, so I'm looking forward to keeping watching it♪

I went to the Tokyo Tower while in Japan, it was one of the four important things I wanted to do while in Tokyo. I was not disappointed by the view and I took home a nice model. The picture of the new Tokyo Tower looks a little scary! But maybe someday I'll go up the new Tower too.
