I'm back★
Hi, I just came back to Tokyo.
I really had a great time:)
Before going, I was worrying about the weather in Yakushima
because I heard the typhoon was coming to that area.
But...↓↓
Look at this beautiful weather and beach☆
The first day was so hot that I could swim though I didn't.
And the island is famous for its ancient cedar trees, known as "Yakusugi."
This is called "Kigen-Sugi" and more than 3000 years old!!
I'm wondering how more years it will live...
Also I ate a lot of local foods of Kagoshima.

Of course, I had my favourite food, Ice-cream, too♪

at almost all cafes and restaurants.

So, I guess the big question is: who did you go with? There are, after all, two plates and someone must be taking the picture of you ;-).
I'm glad you had a great trip. Welcome back in Asakusa, though I wont be back till next year (I hope).

That tree is amazing! I had to look out the window at the regular trees and think to myself about how tall 1,230m really is...and 3,000 years old, too! The food looks good too--I'm glad you had fun on your trip.
