On 25th of this month, we have the Samba carnival festival in Asakusa.
Many people wearing gorgeous costumes will go dancing through the streets.
It doesn't look like Japan!

It starts at 13:30 and anyone can jump in!

Reading this makes me wonder if there's more country's doing this. We have a similair thing in rotterdam on the same day.
