Here, you can have Japanese meal for a reasonable price.
Naoto had Sara-Udon, a famous local specialty of Nagasaki prefecture, for his lunch today.
You may think japanese food is very expensive but most of meals are around 900yen here.
Juraku restaurant is located 3mins walk from Sakura Hostel.
Why don't you try it instead of fast food?

We are on TV?

cameraman.jpgshooting.jpg
This evening, a cameraman and guy suddenly came to the reception
and asked us strange things.
The guy from Holand said that he was participating in a competion of a tv program.
The contents of his competition is like this.
He needs to survive with no money, no watch for 24 hours in Japan.
Also, he has some tasks that he must do in 24 hours.
For example, make Japanese friends, have dinner with them, go for a drink,
go cinema and find accommodation.
If he can't make it even one thing, he must go back to his country right away.

We had dinner together but I'm not sure whether he could make them all...
I hope he won this game.
How can we know who won this game?

Fire drill.

fire 001.jpgfire 002.jpg
We had a fire drill today.
Four firemen came to teach how to cope with fire.
It was my first time to use a fire extinguisher but it was easy.
What I learned today is that the most important thing is to calm down first
because we have a responsibility for protecting our guests from dangers.

TUNA☆TUNA☆TUNA!!

In the early morning, we had a Tsukiji fish market tour today.
6 of our guests joined this tour and seemed very satisfied.

maguro1.jpg
Look at these big tunas! These are totally frozened.
If you see the people who are bidding on them, you'll be overwhelmed with their vigor.
kanpai1.jpg
Fishermans gave our guests some totally fresh tuna.
Our guests and the fishermans had a drink together with Sake and tequila!
